(b) cancel the order and receive a refund of amounts already paid.
4.4 We are not required to fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price where the pricing error should reasonably have been apparent.

- the order contains an obvious pricing or technical error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
- we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
5.3 If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5.4 If your order contains multiple Products, these Products may in certain circumstances be delivered separately.

6.4 Payment information is handled through secure payment systems. Artoria by Numbers does not directly store your complete payment card details.

6.7 Promotional or discount codes, where available, may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time they are issued.
7. Delivery
7.1 We will endeavour to deliver your order to the delivery address provided when placing your order.
7.2 Our usual dispatch timeframe is 4–11 working days, consisting of:
Processing time: 1–3 working days
(order confirmation, customisation where applicable, quality inspection and packing)
Delivery time: approximately 3–8 working days.
7.3 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier, customs procedures, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7.4 Once tracking information becomes available, customers may use the Order Tracking functionality provided on our website.
7.5 We may be unable to deliver to certain destinations. If this occurs after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution.
7.6 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7.7 If additional costs arise because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address or unreasonably failed to accept or collect a delivery, we may charge reasonable additional costs where permitted by applicable law.

8. Cancellation or Modification of Orders
8.1 If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

8.2 Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.
8.3 If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation before delivery may no longer be possible. You may instead exercise any applicable return or withdrawal rights after receiving the order.
8.4 Different rules may apply to Products made according to your individual specifications or personalised using content supplied by you.
9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
9.1 We aim to ensure that every Artoria by Numbers Product meets our quality standards.
9.2 Product photographs and digital representations may vary slightly from the physical Product, including minor differences in colour caused by screens, printing or production.
9.3 If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect Product, please contact:

Please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the problem;
- The affected Product; and
- Clear photographic evidence where applicable.
9.4 Claims relating to Products damaged during delivery should be reported within 7 days of delivery where reasonably possible.
9.5 After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, refund or another solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
9.6 Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have regarding defective or non-conforming Products.
10. Returns and Refunds
10.1 Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 For eligible standard Products, you may request a return within 30Â days of receiving your order, subject to our Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
10.3 Returned Products must generally be unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
10.4 For ordinary returns where the Product is not defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
10.5 Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to our Return Policy and applicable law.
Personalized and Custom-Made Products
10.6 Certain Products offered by Artoria by Numbers can be personalised or manufactured according to specifications supplied by the customer, including Paint by Numbers kits created from a customer's own photograph.
10.7 Where permitted by applicable consumer law, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply to Products that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
10.8 Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied personalised Products remain unaffected.

11. Promotional Codes and Discounts
11.1 Promotional codes or discounts may occasionally be made available.
11.2 A promotional code must be entered during checkout before completing the order.
11.3 Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be applied retrospectively;
- may have an expiry date;
- may apply only to selected Products; and
- may not be combined with other promotional codes.
11.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel promotional codes that have been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to their conditions.

15.3 You grant us and the suppliers/service providers involved in fulfilling your order permission to use the submitted content only to the extent reasonably necessary to process, manufacture and fulfil your personalised order and provide related customer service.
